Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns of unopened product for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.  Send an email to  service@nrtshop.com and let us know what happened. We will do our very best to make you happy. Please enclose your packing slip with the return so we can identify it.  Our return address is shown on your shipping label, and in most circumstances we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds
We issue refunds when canceling an order, when we receive returned product, and other circumstances. If you purchase with a gift card registered with the card issuer, please retain the gift card. Refunds can only be made to the card used for purchase.
