Shipping and Returns

Free Same Day Shipping
Your order ships today when you purchase by 3pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, or the next business day after federal holidays.

Free domestic shipping is for delivery two to three business days after we ship.  We use UPS, FedEx, or USPS as appropriate to get you the fastest delivery.  We use USPS Priority Mail shipping for U.S. P.O. Boxes, and U.S. territories.

International Shipping
We no longer offer international shipping.  We have agreements with our brand owners that prohibit shipping to international locations.

Customer Service
Most orders are placed, shipped, and received quickly. Sometimes you will need our friendly and prompt customer service.

Send an email to  service@nrtshop.com  We respond to most emails within an hour,  and sometimes it just takes a few minutes.  You may also leave a text or voice message for us at 513-485-1587.  Please provide your name and give us enough information to research your issue or question before we respond.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of un-opened product for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Send an email to service@nrtshop.com and let us know what happened. We will do our very best to make you happy. Please enclose your packing slip with the return so we can identify it.  Our return address is shown on your shipping label, and in most circumstances we will provide a prepaid return label.
