Shipping and Returns

Free Domestic Shipping
Your order ships today, from the United States, when you purchase by 3pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, or the next business day after weekends and holidays.

Free domestic shipping is for delivery two to three business days after we ship.  We use UPS, FedEx, or USPS as appropriate to get you the fastest delivery.  We use USPS Priority Mail shipping for U.S. P.O. Boxes, and U.S. territories.

International Shipping
All international shipments are sent Deliver Duty Paid (DDP).  We ship to Canada, Europe, and Oceania using USPS GlobalPost.  We use a flat shipping rate, which includes duties and taxes, and is based on the amount of your purchase in USD.  Delivery can take up to two weeks.

Customer Service
Most orders are placed, shipped, and received quickly. Sometimes you will need our friendly, and prompt customer service to resolve an issue.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of un-opened product for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Send an email to service@nrtshop.com and let us know what happened. We will do our very best to make you happy. Please enclose your packing slip with the return so we can identify it.  Our return address is shown on your shipping label.
